Jenni is a CX Evangelist promoting customer centricity and design thinking. As part of the comprehensive business renewal of LocalTapiola Mutual Life Insurance, she coordinates the CX renewal, concept design, and design tool creation processes. Jenni constantly seeks new ways to keep up the conversation with the customers - she has for example established a digital customer community for LocalTapiola Group. She is now building JourneyOps ground-up, piloting a journey management tool, and scaling operations one project at a time.

Ville has helped numerous brands to bring end-users into the creative process to develop and launch new products, services, and experiences in Europe, the USA, Asia, and the Nordics over the last 20 years. Prior to Leanlab Ville successfully ran his own insight consultancy spanning three markets and worked as SVP of User Insights for Digitalist, a global creative design and technology agency.
