With a range of platforms and services available to consumers, SPH believed there was an opportunity to broaden their coverage across the SEA region. LeanLab provided responses from target users to assess potential penetration and usage of the new app concept. In addition, wire frames were shown to gather initial consumer responses. With the opportunity validated, SPH and LeanLab are now working together to refine the proposition for launch.
